180 Health Solutions in Mandan, ND is looking for one lead client coordinator and chiropractic assistant to join our team. Looking to make a difference? Responsibilities Include:

• Face of the clinic. Responsible for greeting clients and providing positive client experience
• Manage clinic's appointment schedule
• Manage client calls and messages
• Prep client folders for doctors and staff
• Work directly with providers to provide excellent client care experience
• Manage client spinal hygiene exercises and care plans
• Manage and present client financial plans
• Manage specific client call lists and questions

Qualifications:

• Highly organized and detail orientated
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Confident and calm
• Team player and independently driven
